To launch a course, please follow these steps (as a note, our courses are best taken on a computer, but they are also compatible with mobile devices):
- Courses that you have purchased or been enrolled in will be listed at the bottom of your homepage. To launch a course, click on the grey 'Course' button:
- On the next page, click the first module (shown with a blue link). Some courses will have multiple modules to complete. It is advisable to launch and complete them in order.
The course will launch in a new, pop-up window:
If you encounter a message that says 'It appears that popup windows are blocked, stopping this SCORM package from playing. Please check your browser settings before trying again', please note that you will need to disable your browser's pop-up blockers. To do so, click the icon here in your browser's address bar, just to the left of the learn.capstoneu.com address:
Ensure that the 'Pop-ups and redirects' option is toggled to 'Allowed':
Once done, you will see a message prompting you to reload the page. Click on 'Reload'.
The course should then launch automatically. If it doesn't, click the blue course link once again to launch it.
Kindly note, you will need to keep the course background page open while you complete the course. This way, the system will sync your progress when you exit so that you may pick back up at a later time if needed.
If you need to exit the course, click the 'Exit Course' link in the upper right corner.
You will see a message indicating that you may now leave the page. Close the page using the close button within your browser window.
